This presentation was made at the plenary and Prof. MAIGA took part in a panel discussion together with the Senegalese Minister of Hydraulics and Sanitation, the Malian Minister of Environment, Sanitation and Sustainable Development, Jean Michel Ossette of the African Water Facility, AfDB and a representative of the World Bank.<\/p>\n
The theme of the Congress was “Accelerating access to sanitation and water for all in Africa amidst the challenges of climate change\u201d.
