The training modules covered public policy analysis, problem\/solution tree methodology, project sheet formulation, and donor mapping.<\/p>\n<p><b><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/gwpo-gwp.org\/afrique-ouest\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2026\/04\/formation_pne_dec_2025123-1.png\" height=\"427\" width=\"640\"><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Shared experiences<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A highlight of the meeting was the <b>experience sharing by CWP Benin and CWP Mali<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>CWP Benin<\/b> presented its practices and achievements in project development, highlighting lessons learned from its resource mobilization efforts.<\/li>\n<li><b>CWP Mali<\/b> shared its experiences in strategically aligning projects with national and regional policies, illustrating how to transform recommendations into concrete initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These presentations enriched the training by providing practical and inspiring examples directly from the field.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tangible results<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Despite the distance, the plenary exchanges highlighted the need to develop <b>synergy in project design at the national level<\/b>. This collective dynamic aims to contribute to a <b>regional initiative<\/b> enabling all CWPs to be equipped with the necessary resources for effective implementation of their actions.<\/p>\n<p><b>Structured follow-up<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A concise report will be circulated promptly, followed by a coaching session and a progress review. Additional training sessions will be organized to ensure that all CWPs reach an autonomous level in the process of developing bankable projects.<\/p>\n<p><b><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/gwpo-gwp.org\/afrique-ouest\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2026\/04\/formation_pne_dec_2025_1-1.png\" height=\"348\" width=\"640\"><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Strengthened regional cooperation<\/b><\/p>\n<p>This meeting demonstrates that regional cooperation and the professionalization of project management practices can continue effectively in a virtual format. It confirms the commitment of GWP-WA and the CWPs to contribute to the <b>Sustainable Development Goals related to water and climate resilience<\/b>, relying on plenary exchanges and shared
