holds gender inclusion trainings in the Volta basin countries"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>These training sessions aimed to build the capacities of the actors of the national portion in each of the Volta Basin countries on the integration of gender in the End-to-End&nbsp;Early Warning Systems&nbsp;for&nbsp;Flood Forecasting&nbsp;(E2E-EWS-FF) and integrated flood risk management (IFRM).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/gwpo-gwp.org\/afrique-ouest\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2026\/04\/group_picmali-1.jpg\" height=\"571\" width=\"1180\">This is the basis of the initiative of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), the Volta Basin Authority (VBA) and the Global Water Partnership West Africa (GWP-WA) on capacity building of the Volta Basin stakeholders on gender mainstreaming in the E2E-EWS-FF and IFRM.<\/p>\n<p>The last two training sessions were held in Mali and C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/gwpo-gwp.org\/afrique-ouest\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2026\/04\/roomviw_mali-1.jpg\" height=\"300\"
