Exchanges were also made with the Municipality of Loumbila which welcome the initiative of the mission as timely. The demonstration project will be carried out on half a hectare.
In March the consultants were introduced to the council and beneficiaries in order to initiate the planning process of the site. Field work began also with the digging of trenches for irrigation pipes and cables for the solar system. People have been mobilized to clear the site.
