The program took place at the NDPC conference room in Accra on 3rd October, 2014 and was chaired by Mr. Ben Ampomah, Executive Secretary of the Water Resources Commission.<\/p>\n
Also in attendance were the AMCOW representative for Ghana, Mr. Harrold Clottey; Dr Nii Moi Thompson, Acting Director General and some Directors of the NDPC; Mr Frederick Addae, Director of Water at the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing (who represented the Hon. Minister) and representatives from other stakeholders such as CONIWAS, Water-Aid-Ghana, Water Research Institute (WRI), International Water Management Institute (IWMI), the Canadian High Commission, Ghana Irrigation Development Agency (GIDA), Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA), Adentan Municipal Assembly, Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL), Ministry of Food and Agriculture, among other representatives from Civil Society Organisations and government agencies from the Greater Accra Region. More than fifty (50) participants took part into the meeting.<\/p>\n
