Asia Climate Change Conference: Marking 2020 for enhanced climate actions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The third Central Asia Climate Change Conference (CACCC-2020) is organized under the framework of the&nbsp;<b>\u201cClimate Adaptation and Mitigation Program for the Aral Sea Basin\u201d<\/b>&nbsp;(<a href=\"http:\/\/ca-climate.org\/about\/projects\/climate-adaptation-and-mitigation-program-for-aral-sea-basin-camp4asb\/\">CAMP4ASB<\/a>)&nbsp; and is a continuation of the World Bank\u2019s initiative on climate change knowledge and regional information exchange in Central Asia launched in 2013.<\/p>\n<p>The CACCC-2020 will take place on June 16-17 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, prior to the High-Level International Conference on International Decade for Actions \u201cWater for Sustainable Development 2018-2028\u201d (also known as the&nbsp;<i>International Water Conference<\/i>) planned for June 18-19, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The main objective of the conference is to&nbsp;<b>strengthen a regional dialogue<\/b>&nbsp;on climate change and sustainable development by&nbsp;<i>promoting information and knowledge exchange<\/i>&nbsp;and by&nbsp;<i>mobilizing finance resources<\/i>&nbsp;to the Central Asian region.<\/p>\n<p>More information: <a
