Four (4) Partners of the Global Water Partnership-Caribbean (GWP-C) have secured grant funding from the organisation and its partners to implement <\/span>a<\/span> short-term, <\/span>small-scale Integrated Water and Wastewater Management (IWWM)<\/strong> project<\/span> in their respective countries. These Partners include:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Integrated Health Outreach<\/a> for their project on ‘Water Treatment Systems in Antigua and Barbuda<\/strong>“<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. Dominica Water and Sewerage Company Ltd.<\/a> for their project on “Constructed Wetland for Wastewater Treatment in Dominica<\/strong>“<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. Brightline Institute and Global Partnership Inc. for their project on “Constructed Wetland for Wastewater Treatment in the Dominican Republic<\/strong>“<\/em><\/li>\n
  4. Richmond Vale Academy (RVA)<\/a> for their project on “Greywater Systems in St. Vincent and the Grenadines<\/strong>“.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The awarded grants, come as a result of the successful selection of concepts notes submitted by the four (4) organisations based on a \u201cCall for Short-Term Small-Scale Integrated Water Resources and Wastewater Management (IWWM) Projects in the Caribbean\u201d by GWP-C and its partners.<\/p>\n

    The Call which specifically targeted GWP-C Partners based in the Caribbean, focused on projects with an objective to “implement innovative decentralised, rural community-based interventions for wastewater management with a focus on nature-based solutions and use of wastewater as a resource”.<\/em><\/p>\n
