Job Opportunity: GWPO IWRM Knowledge Management Specialist<\/b><\/h4>\n

The Global Water Partnership (GWP) is looking for a highly motivated, creative, and e-conversant Knowledge Management Specialist who can provide technical leadership on topics related to Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) and water governance.<\/p>\n

The role focuses on GWP\u2019s aim to leverage the role of knowledge and learning in engaging and mobilising a broader community of stakeholders to improve the management of water resources through strengthened institutions and good governance. Specifically, the IWRM Knowledge Management Specialist provides technical leadership on how to build a global IWRM knowledge community, stimulating discussions and the sharing of experiences and insights across and beyond the Partnership by leading efforts to ensure the IWRM ToolBox is a vital, and broadly owned and used resource of knowledge communities.<\/p>\n

Call for Proposals for Gender and SDG Study<\/b><\/h4>\n

The Global Water Partnership (GWP-C) has issued a Call for Proposals for a Gender and SDG Study.<\/p>\n

The objective of the consultancy is, by means of literature analysis and structured interviews, to contribute to a better understanding among key target audiences (water and environment managers in national governments, international organisations, etc.) on the multiple benefits of more fully integrating gender considerations into water resources management and empowering women\u2019s participation, so as to contribute to accelerating achievement of SDG 6.5.1 (Degree of Integrated Water Resources Management Implementation) and other related SDG targets.<\/p>\n
