His international scientific appointments include membership on the Scientific Committee of Integrated Research on Disaster Risk (IRDR) and the International Scientific Committee of the International Water Resources Association (IWRA) Islands Water Congress. He previously served on the Technical and Scientific Committee of Global Water Partnership-Caribbean.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He has led and contributed to numerous national, regional and international initiatives addressing water security, climate resilience, sustainable agriculture and disaster risk management, working closely with governments, international development agencies and regional institutions. His professional interests centre on strengthening regional cooperation, bridging science, policy and practice, advancing institutional capacity and promoting practical, inclusive and sustainable
