The agenda featured two insightful presentations:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"915\">\n<li data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"803\">\n<p data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"803\"><span data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"801\">Hungary\u2019s Water Management System \u2013 Its Institutional Framework, Challenges, and Functions<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"915\">\n<p data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"915\"><span data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"915\">The Role of Communication in Drought Crisis Management \u2013 Shaping Public Perception and
