{"id":2815,"date":"2022-08-02T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-08-01T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gwpo-gwp.org\/central-africa\/news\/le-fonds-dadaptation-approuve-la-note-conceptuelle-du-projet-sur-la-gire-et-le-systeme-dalerte-precoce-dans-le-bassin-du-lac-tchad\/"},"modified":"2026-05-08T16:08:35","modified_gmt":"2026-05-08T15:08:35","slug":"le-fonds-dadaptation-approuve-la-note-conceptuelle-du-projet-sur-la-gire-et-le-systeme-dalerte-precoce-dans-le-bassin-du-lac-tchad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gwpo-gwp.org\/central-africa\/fr\/news\/le-fonds-dadaptation-approuve-la-note-conceptuelle-du-projet-sur-la-gire-et-le-systeme-dalerte-precoce-dans-le-bassin-du-lac-tchad\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Fonds d&#8217;adaptation approuve la note conceptuelle du projet sur la GIRE et le syst\u00e8me d&#8217;alerte pr\u00e9coce dans le bassin du lac Tchad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cette approbation fait suite \u00e0 un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gwp.org\/fr\/GWP-Afrique-Centrale\/GWP-CAf-EN-ACTION2\/activites\/faire-avancer-le-projet-de-gire-et-de-systeme-dalerte-precoce-pour-la-resilience-climatique\/\">atelier de consultation des parties prenantes<\/a> qui s&#8217;est tenu en f\u00e9vrier 2022 au cours duquel les participants ont apport\u00e9 des contributions au projet de note conceptuelle avant sa soumission au fonds d&#8217;adaptation. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gwp.org\/en\/GWP-Central-Africa\/WE-ACT\/news\/A-leap-to-the-drafting-of-the-project-document-for-the-setting-up-of-an-early-warning-system-in-the-Lake-Chad-basin-area\/\">Depuis 2016<\/a>, la Commission du bassin du lac Tchad (CBLT), en collaboration avec le GWP-Afrique Centrale (GWP-CAf) et l&#8217;Organisation M\u00e9t\u00e9orologique Mondiale (OMM), travaille sur ce projet, dont la note de pr\u00e9concept a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e par le Fonds d&#8217;adaptation en 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet GIRE et SAP vise \u00e0 renforcer la r\u00e9silience climatique dans le bassin du lac Tchad, \u00e0 promouvoir une meilleure gestion des ressources en eau dans le bassin et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les impacts des risques li\u00e9s au changement climatique comme l\u2019inondation et la s\u00e8cheresse.&nbsp; Jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, le projet a mis l&#8217;accent sur la participation, le deuxi\u00e8me principe de la GIRE, en impliquant activement les utilisateurs du bassin dans le d\u00e9veloppement du projet afin de garantir d\u2019une adaptation des besoins aux solutions propos\u00e9es dans le cadre de ce projet.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;OMM, la CBLT et le GWP sont pleinement engag\u00e9s dans le processus de d\u00e9veloppement et de mise en \u0153uvre du projet. Cela comprend une analyse plus approfondie des besoins des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, y compris une consultation dans les 5 pays pour une \u00e9valuation de l&#8217;impact environnemental et social du
