Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette subvention, un outil de suivi de financement climatique sera \u00e9labor\u00e9 pour renforcer la prise de d\u00e9cision et l&#8217;op\u00e9rationnalisation de l\u2019AND (Minist\u00e8re de l&#8217;Environnement et du D\u00e9veloppement Durable de la RCA), les formations des parties prenantes sur les protocoles du FVC et la structuration financi\u00e8re des propositions de projets du FVC afin de renforcer sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019implication &nbsp;dans la programmation du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenclimate.fund\/\">Fonds Vert pour le Climat<\/a> de la RCA.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Avec le Partenariat Mondial de l\u2019Eau, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gwp.org\/en\/About\/more\/news\/2019\/gwp-approved-to-support-countries-with-gcf-readiness\/\">Global Water Partnership (GWP)<\/a> comme partenaire d&#8217;ex\u00e9cution, ce processus de proposition de pr\u00e9paration pilot\u00e9 par l&#8217;AND a \u00e9t\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gwp.org\/fr\/GWP-Afrique-Centrale\/GWP-CAf-EN-ACTION2\/activites\/la-republique-centrafricaine-sengage-a-renforcer-ladaptation-au-changement-climatique\/\">soutenu<\/a> en grande partie par le GWP-Afrique Centrale (GWP-CAf) et le Partenariat National de l\u2019Eau de la RCA (PNE-RCA) , contribuant largement \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision favorable du FVC.<\/p>\n<p>Les principaux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de cette subvention seront l&#8217;AND du pays et les principales parties prenantes de la programmation du financement climatique en RCA, telles que les entit\u00e9s d&#8217;ex\u00e9cution, les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et le secteur priv\u00e9. C&#8217;est la troisi\u00e8me fois que le pays b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une subvention de pr\u00e9paration du FVC; les fonds pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenus en 2016 et 2017 respectivement.<\/p>\n<p>Cette subvention du FVC pour la RCA rentre dans le cadre du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenclimate.fund\/readiness\/process\">Programme de pr\u00e9paration et d\u2019appui du Fonds Vert pour le Climat (le Programme Readiness)<\/a>, qui a pour objectif d\u2019appuyer les initiatives nationales visant \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s institutionnelles, les m\u00e9canismes de gouvernance et les cadres de planification et de programmation en vue d&#8217;un programme d&#8217;action climatique transformatif \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Fonds Vert pour le Climat (FVC) a approuv\u00e9 la proposition de pr\u00e9paration au FVC de la R\u00e9publique Centrafricaine.
