Ayant d\u00e9but\u00e9 par un mot de circonstance du pr\u00e9sident<strong> Herve Didas<\/strong>, cette r\u00e9union avait pour objectifs la <strong>revue \u00e0 mi-parcours du Plan de Travail Annuel (PTA)<\/strong> et<strong> la pr\u00e9paration de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des partenaires du PNE Congo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Concernant le point relatif \u00e0 la revue \u00e0 mi-parcours, le Comit\u00e9 Directeur a not\u00e9 la r\u00e9alisation de quelques activit\u00e9s&nbsp; telles que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gwp.org\/fr\/GWP-Afrique-Centrale\/GWP-CAf-EN-ACTION2\/activites\/le-pne-congo-est-desormais-accredite\/\">l\u2019accr\u00e9ditation du PNE-Congo<\/a> qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 applaudie par les membres du comit\u00e9, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gwp.org\/fr\/GWP-Afrique-Centrale\/GWP-CAf-EN-ACTION2\/activites\/la-republique-du-congo-organise-une-consultation-des-parties-prenantes-pour-odd6\/\">l\u2019appui au deuxi\u00e8me cycle de rapports de l\u2019objectif 6<\/a> des Objectifs des D\u00e9veloppement Durable (ODD) sur l\u2019eau et assainissement et la mise en \u0153uvre des actions prioritaires de la &nbsp;Gestion Int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des Ressources en Eau (GIRE). Cependant, certaines activit\u00e9s ont pris du retard d\u00fb \u00e0 la crise sanitaire, Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/gwpo-gwp.org\/central-africa\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2026\/04\/whatsapp-image-2020-09-08-at-12.27.37-1.jpeg\" height=\"540\" width=\"1080\"><\/p>\n<p>Concernant le deuxi\u00e8me objectif de la r\u00e9union sur la pr\u00e9paration de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la t\u00e2che a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9e au Secr\u00e9tariat Ex\u00e9cutif du PNE Congo pour \u00e9laborer des termes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rences, le budget et proposer la date et&nbsp; lieu pour cette r\u00e9union. .<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s ces propos, les recommandations &nbsp;suivantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 formul\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ouvrir un compte bancaire avec trois (03) signataires que sont le Pr\u00e9sident, le vice-Pr\u00e9sident et le Secr\u00e9taire Ex\u00e9cutif.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre en place des partenaires locaux de l\u2019Eau (PLE) dans les d\u00e9partements de Sangha et Pointe noir.<\/li>\n<li>Recruter l\u2019institution h\u00f4te<\/li>\n<li>Mettre en place un comit\u00e9 technique des experts<\/li>\n<li>Elaborer des notes conceptuelles pour le recrutement d\u2019un consultant sur l\u2019\u00e9laboration des projets impliquant les jeunes et les femmes<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer un courrier \u00e0 l\u2019endroit des partenaires du PNE-Congo pour qu\u2019ils expriment leurs besoins en renforcement des capacit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;La r\u00e9union s&#8217;est termin\u00e9e par un discours de cl\u00f4ture du pr\u00e9sident au cours duquel il a remerci\u00e9 tous les membres pour leur pr\u00e9sence et leurs contributions qui feront avancer la mise en \u0153uvre de la GIRE en R\u00e9publique du Congo ainsi que renforcer la capacit\u00e9 institutionnelle et financi\u00e8re du
