{"id":3284,"date":"2016-11-16T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-11-16T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gwpo-gwp.org\/centroamerica\/news\/ruta-en-la-gestion-del-recurso-hidrico\/"},"modified":"2026-04-24T08:56:30","modified_gmt":"2026-04-24T07:56:30","slug":"ruta-en-la-gestion-del-recurso-hidrico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gwpo-gwp.org\/centroamerica\/archive\/ruta-en-la-gestion-del-recurso-hidrico\/","title":{"rendered":"Ruta en la gesti\u00f3n del recurso h\u00eddrico"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div>\n<p>Un total de 124 asistentes tuvieron la oportunidad de escuchar temas de mucho inter\u00e9s para la gesti\u00f3n del recursos h\u00eddrico, entre los que destacaron: Situaci\u00f3n del Recurso H\u00eddrico en Centroam\u00e9rica, Reuso de Agua Residual, Oportunidades de Mejoras en el Tema Normativo del Recurso H\u00eddrico en Panam\u00e1 y Avances del Proyecto de Ley No. 42 que establece el marco regulatorio de la Gesti\u00f3n Integral de los Recursos H\u00eddricos en la Rep\u00fablica de Panam\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Este foro cont\u00f3 adem\u00e1s con la presencia de Catherine Flores, Anyuri Beteg\u00f3n y Edgardo Abad\u00eda de la Red de J\u00f3venes por el Agua, quienes tuvieron la oportunidad de presentar las conclusiones de los talleres organizados por esta red, \u201cJ\u00f3venes Rumbo a la COP 13 de Biodiversidad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El foro cont\u00f3, entre otros, con la participaci\u00f3n del Honorable Diputado de la Asamblea Nacional Luis Barr\u00eda, de la Comisi\u00f3n de Poblaci\u00f3n, Ambiente y Desarrollo, de la Ing. Julia Guardia, Directora Ejecutiva del Instituto de Acueductos y Alcantarillados nacionales (IDAAN), de la Vice- Alcaldesa del Distrito capital de Panam\u00e1, la Arq. Raysa Banfield, de la Decana de la facultad de Ingenier\u00eda Civil de la Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica de Panam\u00e1, Ing. \u00c1ngela Laguna y del Ing. Mart\u00edn M\u00e9ndez, Presidente electo de AIDIS, del Ing.
