El proyecto se enfoca en la metodolog\u00eda de Escuela de Campo con \u00e9nfasis en la adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio clim\u00e1tico y se trabaja con productores y productoras. Consiste en fortalecer capacidades organizativas y desarrollar una experiencia piloto con participaci\u00f3n de productores hombres y mujeres de la comunidad.<\/p>\n
El primer mes de trabajo se realiz\u00f3 un acercamiento a la comunidad para dar inducci\u00f3n del proyecto, se hizo una organizaci\u00f3n junto a los productores l\u00edderes y alcald\u00eda de la comunidad, se elabor\u00f3 una encuesta y herramienta de diagn\u00f3stico y se recolecto datos socioecon\u00f3micos, ambientales, demogr\u00e1ficos y de pr\u00e1cticas agr\u00edcolas en la zona.
