{"id":3464,"date":"2012-11-30T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2012-11-30T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gwpo-gwp.org\/centroamerica\/news\/caudal-ecologico-de-los-rios-de-panama\/"},"modified":"2026-04-24T08:56:51","modified_gmt":"2026-04-24T07:56:51","slug":"caudal-ecologico-de-los-rios-de-panama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gwpo-gwp.org\/centroamerica\/archive\/caudal-ecologico-de-los-rios-de-panama\/","title":{"rendered":"Caudal ecol\u00f3gico de los r\u00edos de Panam\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; margin-left: 4px; margin-right: 4px;\" src=\"https:\/\/gwpo-gwp.org\/centroamerica\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2026\/04\/sm_caudal_pa-1.jpg\" alt=\"Taller caudal ecol\u00f3gico\" width=\"150\" height=\"100\">El taller fue impartido por <em>Juan Manuel Diez,  PhD en Ecohidr\u00e1ulica de la Universidad de Valladolid, Espa\u00f1a<\/em>, y estuvo dirigido a funcionarios del ANAM, as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n como a miembros de GWP Panam\u00e1, interesados en el tema.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los objetivos del taller fueron:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluar efectos de proyectos hidr\u00e1ulicos en ecosistemas fluviales<\/li>\n<li>Identificar componentes del R\u00e9gimen de Caudal Ecol\u00f3gico (RCE)<\/li>\n<li>Seleccionar protocolo de caudal ecol\u00f3gico id\u00f3neo  para cada proyecto<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollar estudios IFIM (Instream Flow Incremental Methodology &#8211; IFIM)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Manejar software para aplicar IFIM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El taller present\u00f3 los caudales ecol\u00f3gicos como una herramienta fundamental para la gesti\u00f3n integrada de los recursos h\u00eddricos (GIRH). Se propuso un procedimiento general para la implementaci\u00f3n del caudal ecol\u00f3gico en la planificaci\u00f3n de las cuencas hidrogr\u00e1ficas de Panam\u00e1, tomando en cuenta la verificaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n de su marco normativo sobre este r\u00e9gimen; y tambi\u00e9n la inclusi\u00f3n de estudios del tramo fluvial intervenido en la tramitaci\u00f3n de permisos y
