The innovation of GWP on #BalanceforBetter<\/em> is reflected on engaging diverse partners crossing 80+ countries<\/strong> and collecting photos of posing #BalanceforBetter for gender equality in water management (\u201ca balanced world is a better world\u201d)<\/em>. Relying on the mobilisation of the GWP Communications team at global and regional levels, the campaign featured more than 400 people<\/strong> from 44 countries<\/strong> sharing 131 photos<\/strong>. Mobilisation power and multiple-stakeholders engagement capacity occur in the active network, committed partners and devotion of the working group. <\/p>\n

Partners’ Enagements <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Globally, on Facebook and Twitter<\/strong>, #BalanceforBetter campaign of GWP reached \u2018impressions\u2019 at 1,327,000<\/strong>; \u2018engagements\u2019 at 108,000<\/strong>; \u2018link clicks\u2019 at 162<\/strong> and raised new followers at 104<\/strong>. On Instagram<\/strong>, even it was freshly opened early this month, this campaign acted as a remarkable outcome to GWP\u2019s public involvement. Within six days, 175 subscribers<\/strong> followed GWP on Instagram with 9882 impressions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Lancang-Mekong Water Resources Cooperation Centre & GWP China Regional Office<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

GWP China, at the regional scale, organised regional partners to join in the GWP global campaign on gender equality. Over 20 organisations<\/strong> notably contributed to both online and offline activities. The first post on WeChat<\/strong> promoted #BalanceforBetter<\/em> raised followers at 137<\/strong> with more than 250 impressions and engagements<\/strong>.
