The background of the Project as well as the tasks and the deliverables to be submitted by the consultant are described in the Terms of Reference annexed to the call.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants are requested to study carefully the Terms of Reference provided in Annex I.<\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates can apply by sending <b>not later than 01 November 2019 at 10:00 am Athens Time <\/b>an e-mail&nbsp; to the attention of <b>Ms. Sarra Touzi <\/b><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">(<a href=\"mailto:sarra@gwpmed.org\">sarra<\/a><\/span><\/b><a href=\"mailto:sarra@gwpmed.org\"><b><i>@<\/i>gwpmed.org<\/b><\/a><b><i>)<\/i><\/b>with the indication <b>\u2018\u2018Application for WACDEP Project \u2013 GCF PPF funding request\u201d<\/b> in the subject, attaching the following documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>A Methodology<\/b> <b>and relevance for the assignment<\/b> (in French) explaining how they intend to conduct the work, describing their experience and competencies responding to the requested activities. Contents should focus on the background and experience relative to the position\u2019s requirements.
