{"id":3758,"date":"2016-06-28T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-06-27T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gwpo-gwp.org\/mediterranean\/news\/call-for-quotations-for-an-event-in-malta-26-27-july-2016\/"},"modified":"2026-05-08T15:37:12","modified_gmt":"2026-05-08T14:37:12","slug":"call-for-quotations-for-an-event-in-malta-26-27-july-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gwpo-gwp.org\/mediterranean\/news\/call-for-quotations-for-an-event-in-malta-26-27-july-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for Quotations for an event in Malta, 26-27 July 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The present call for quotations involves the provision of accommodation, subsistence and meeting facilities in a 4 or 5 * hotel for an event to be organized by GWP-Med as represented by MIO-ECSDE in Malta between 25<sup>th<\/sup> to 28<sup>th<\/sup> of July 2016.<\/p>\n<p>More specifically the services requested are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>25 single rooms from the 25<sup>th<\/sup> of July (checkin) to the 28<sup>th<\/sup> of July 2016 (checkout) in B&amp;B basis<\/li>\n<li>Lunch and Dinner (served or buffet) for 25 persons for the 26<sup>th<\/sup> and 27<sup>th<\/sup> of July 2016<\/li>\n<li>2 coffee breaks (morning and afternoon) for 25 persons for the 26<sup>th<\/sup> and 27<sup>th<\/sup> of July. Coffee, tea, juices and pastries included.<\/li>\n<li>One meeting room for approximately 30 people in U-Shape setting, from 8.30 a.m until 17.30 p.m, for the 26<sup>th<\/sup> and the 27<sup>th<\/sup> of July 2016.&nbsp; Technical requirements: projector, projector screen, one microphone per two participants, wifi internet connection, multiple socket plugs, notepads-pens, mineral water in tables.<\/li>\n<li>Transportation to and from the airport for approximately 25 people on the 25<sup>th<\/sup> and the 28<sup>th<\/sup> of July.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested parties should also provide
