This came as a follow-up to the consultation workshop held on July, 31st, with local youth participation, in order the get youth stakeholders’ input to the White Book prepared in the framework of the joint effort of Global Water Partnership (GWP) and the Office Franco-Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois pour la Jeunesse (OFQJ) to mobilize youth in 15 francophone countries on water resources management and climate change adaptation. GWP-Med is implementing the project in Tunisia.<\/p>\n

In the lead-up to the United Nations Climate Change Conference COP21, youth representatives took part in a series of international events and national consultations on water and climate change. On 28 November, the White Paper, as the outcome of these consultations was presented to policy- and decision makers at the COP21 conference in Paris. Youth representatives from all participating countries travelled to Paris to discuss the white book recommendations, among which Ms. Meriam Ben Zakour and Mr. Ahmed Nabli from Tunisia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
