Global Water Partnership \u2013 Mediterranean (GWP \u2013 Med), legally and lawfully represented by the non-profit society MEDITERRANEAN INFORMATION OFFICE FOR ENVIRONMENT, CULTURE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT \u2013 MIO ECSDE announces the present call for the Technical Assistance on Agricultural Water Conservation in the Area of Bousalem, Jendouba, Medjerda Basin, Tunisia.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The call for offers has been issued by GWP-Med in the framework \u201cSmart Agro-Irrigation for Water Efficiency and Sustainability in Medjerda Basin\u201d project Funded by CROWN HOLDINGS, INC<\/p>\n

SUBMISSION OF OFFERS BY:<\/b> 23rd<\/sup> January 2026, at 17:00h CET<\/p>\n

You are kindly invited to read carefully the attached Call <\/a>and ToR <\/a>and submit your offer to procurement@gwpmed.org<\/a>  writing in the email subject line: \u201c01\/2026\/Crown, before the above-mentioned closing date.<\/p>\n

In your email you should attach the following two folders:<\/p>\n

1. A compressed folder (Folder A)<\/b> (.zip or .rar) containing  <\/p>\n

a. CV – clearly addressing the qualifications and experience requirements (in case of a group of experts \/ company please submit the CV of the lead expert).<\/i><\/p>\n

b. Registration certificate proving enrollement in one of the official professional or trade registries in Tunisia<\/p>\n

c. A \u201cNote of Understanding\u201d \u2013 a 3-pages (max) note describing the description of the work that is to be performed and the methodology that is to be adopted<\/p>\n

d.  <\/b>Solemn Self Declaration(available in Annex 1)<\/a><\/p>\n

and any other supporting documents<\/p>\n

2. A password-protected compressed folder(Folder B) (.zip or .rar) <\/b>containing only your financial offer<\/a><\/span>. The password for opening the password protected folder with your financial offer should be sent to the same email address ONLY at the request of the contracting Authority which will send a follow up email to all participants that their technical offer has passed the technical evaluation.  <\/p>\n

In case the password is sent together with the offer file, the offer will be rejected.<\/b><\/p>\n

In case the financial offer is not password protected, the offer will be rejected <\/b><\/p>\n

All documentation \/ offers must be in English unless stated otherwise.<\/b><\/p>\n
