Global Water Partnership \u2013 Mediterranean (GWP \u2013 Med), legally and lawfully represented by the non-profit society MEDITERRANEAN INFORMATION OFFICE FOR ENVIRONMENT, CULTURE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT \u2013 MIO ECSDE announces the present call for National Consultant for support to the enhancement of Tunisian stakeholders capacities on programming and engagement with the Green Climate Fund (GCF).<\/p>\n

The call for offers has been issued by GWP-Med in the framework of AU AIP Multi-Country Green Climate Fund Readiness Support\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

 SUBMISSION OF OFFERS BY:<\/b> 19th<\/sup> June 2025 at 17:00h CET<\/p>\n

You are kindly invited to read carefully the attached Call <\/a>and ToR <\/a> (ToR<\/a> fran\u00e7ais) and submit your offer to procurement@gwpmed.org<\/a>  writing in the email subject line: \u201cCall for Offers 24\/2025\/AUM, before the above-mentioned closing date.<\/p>\n

In your email you should attach the following two folders:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing the CV, the Solemn Self Declaration<\/a>, and any other supporting documents.<\/li>\n
  2. A password-protected <\/b>compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing only your financial offer<\/a>. The password for opening the password-protected folder with your financial offer should be sent to the same email address ONLY at the request of the contracting Authority which will send a follow up email to all participants that their technical offer has passed the technical evaluation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In case the password is sent together with the offer file, the offer will be rejected.<\/b><\/p>\n

    In case the financial offer is not password protected, the offer will be rejected.<\/b><\/p>\n

    All documentation \/ offers must be in English<\/b><\/p>\n

    Q: Are consultancy agencies eligible for this call or does it have to be an individual consultant?
    And does the legal entity have to be Tunisian?
    A: As per call for offers: \u201cParticipation in the present call for offers is open, on equal terms, to any natural or legal person or entity who meet the legal, financial and technical conditions laid down in this Call where they possess adequate professional experience and capacity.\u201d Therefore, consultancy agencies are eligible for this call and the consultancy agency does not need to be Tunisian.<\/p>\n
