Global Water Partnership \u2013 Mediterranean (GWP \u2013 Med), legally and lawfully represented by the non-profit society MEDITERRANEAN INFORMATION OFFICE FOR ENVIRONMENT, CULTURE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT \u2013 MIO ECSDE announces the present call for the Development of a project fiche in the form of a GCF Concept Note and a Road Map for the full proposal preparation including a detailed description of required studies, related budget and implementation arrangements for the projectfor the project.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The call for offers has been issued by GWP-Med in the framework of \u201cEnhancing water security and farmers resilience in Assi River Basin through Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystems (WEFE) solutions \u2013 Lebanon\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

 SUBMISSION OF OFFERS BY: <\/b>21st<\/sup> March 2025<\/span>,  28th<\/sup> March 2025 at 17:00h CET<\/p>\n

You are kindly invited to read carefully the attached Call <\/a>and ToR <\/a>and submit your offer to procurement@gwpmed.org<\/a>  writing in the email subject line: \u201cCall for Offers 12\/2025\/CP2.2, before the above-mentioned closing date.<\/p>\n

In your email you should attach the following two folders:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing the Technical Offer<\/a> and the Solemn Self Declaration<\/a> and any other supporting documents.<\/li>\n
  2. A password-protected <\/b>compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing only your financial offer<\/a>. The password for opening the password-protected folder with your financial offer should be sent to the same email address ONLY at the request of the contracting Authority which will send a follow up email to all participants that their technical offer has passed the technical evaluation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In case the password is sent together with the offer file, the offer will be rejected.<\/b><\/p>\n

    In case the financial offer is not password protected; the offer will be rejected.<\/b><\/p>\n

    All documentation \/ offers must be in English<\/b><\/p>\n

    The offer with the most economically advantageous one on the basis of best price \/ quality ratio was the offer of Eco Limited for a total amount of $ 59.331 (Including VAT and all other Taxes<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/article><\/div>

    Q: There is the concern about the risk of travelling to Lebanon given the current security concerns in the country and region. Would there be an option for this consultancy to be carried out remotely, i.e., without any travel needed? If this is the case would would be more likely to submit an offer.<\/p>\n
