The call for offers has been issued by GWP-Med in the framework of In the framework of the: \u201cBuilding technical and institutional capacity in the water sector in Montenegro to facilitate inclusive climate resilient initiatives\u201d (MNE-RS-004)<\/span><\/p>\n

 SUBMISSION OF OFFERS BY:<\/b> 14st<\/sup> of February 2025, at 17:00h CET<\/p>\n

You are kindly invited to read carefully the attached Call <\/a>and ToR <\/a>and submit your offer to procurement@gwpmed.org<\/a>  writing in the email subject line: \u201cCall for Offers 5\/2025\/GCF, before the above-mentioned closing date.<\/p>\n

In your email you should attach the following two folders:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing the Technical Offer<\/a> and the Solemn Self Declaration<\/a> and any other supporting documents.<\/li>\n
  2. A password-protected <\/b>compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing only your financial offer<\/a>. The password for opening the password-protected folder with your financial offer should be sent to the same email address ONLY at the request of the contracting Authority which will send a follow up email to all participants that their technical offer has passed the technical evaluation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In case the password is sent together with the offer file, the offer will be rejected.<\/b><\/p>\n

    In case the financial offer is not password protected; the offer will be rejected.<\/b><\/p>\n

    All documentation \/ offers must be in English<\/b><\/p>\n

    RESULTS<\/h1>\n <\/div>\n

    The offer which was the most economically advantageous tender considering the best price \/ quality ratio, was the offer of the company \u201cCivitta UAB\u201d for a total amount of 88.580 USD (Including VAT and all other Taxes).<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/article><\/div>

    CLARIFICATIONS<\/h1>\n <\/div>\n

    Clarification 1:<\/p>\n

    Q: Is there scope for expanding the budget? Or (significantly) reducing the level of effort (days) proposed in the TOR<\/p>\n

    A: There is no possibility to change the budget or any other provision from the current call.<\/p>\n

    Clarification 2:<\/p>\n

    Q: Is there a requirement to submit a bid which includes 200 days, as identified in Table 3 under Workload (Envisaged in expert days)<\/i> . Or is the number of days we propose flexible?<\/p>\n

    A: Number of working days in Table 3 of the ToR is referring to expected <\/span>overall workload.  If less number of total working days is presented in the bid - Bidder is required to justify rational while providing working days breakdown of the proposed team (in the Technical proposal- Section 2: Approach and Methodology) including impact of the reduced number of  total working days to the timing of the tasks and quality of the deliverables .<\/p>\n

    Clarification 3:<\/p>\n

    Q: Would you please clarify page 5, point e) of the Task 1 as it is left blank in the ToR.<\/p>\n

    A: Bulleting 2 e from the Task 1 is txt formatting error. Respectively successors within the Task 1 ( f,g,h, i,j ,k.l) should be read: e,f,g,h,I,j,k<\/p>\n
