  1. Audit Services for the verification of Financial Reports of GWP-Med for the Horizon Europe Project SpongeWorks (101156116), for the period 1\/9\/2024 to 31\/08\/2028.<\/li>\n
  2. Audit Services for the verification of Financial Reports of GWP-Med for the Project MNE-RS-004, for the period of 24 months (23\/08\/2024 \u2013 22\/08\/2026).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Applicants may submit their offers for both Parts (Part A and Part B) or they may submit an offer for only one of the two Parts either for Part A or for Part B.<\/p>\n

     SUBMISSION OF OFFERS BY:<\/b> 10\/12\/2024, at 17:00h CET<\/p>\n

    You are kindly invited to read carefully the attached Call <\/a> and submit your offer to procurement@gwpmed.org<\/a>  writing in the email subject line: \u201cCall for Offers 39\/2024\/ GWP-Med , <\/b>before the above-mentioned closing date.<\/p>\n

    In your email you should attach the following two folders:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. A compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing the containing the Solemn Self Declaration<\/a>, the Copy of professional license and registration in SOEL, the Indicative table of customers \/ programs certified, and any other supporting documents.<\/li>\n
    2. A password-protected <\/b>compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing only your financial offer<\/a>. The password for opening the password-protected folder with your financial offer should be sent to the same email address ONLY at the request of the contracting Authority which will send a follow up email to all participants that their technical offer has passed the technical evaluation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      In case the password is sent together with the offer file, the offer will be rejected.<\/b><\/p>\n

      In case the financial offer is not password protected, the offer will be rejected.<\/b><\/p>\n

      All documentation \/ offers must be in English. Exceptionally Only the Copy of professional license and registration in SOEL can also be accepted in Greek Language.<\/b><\/p>\n
