Q1:Considering the current situation, our proposed international experts could not travel to Lebanon. Can you confirm that an hybrid approach for the consultations and workshops can be adopted, with the events being joined virtually by our international experts joining virtually and in-person by our local experts?<\/p>\n
A1: A hybrid approach is possible. It needs to be described as part of the Methodology and risk mitigation measures.<\/p>\n

Q2 With reference to Task 4.b - Preparation of PPF application: it is worth flagging that, in cases where we develop both a CN and the PPF application there is usually a conflict of interest for further project development work. This is always the case with the GCF PPF Service modality, and we suspect this situation might be similar for the GWPM. This is not an issue for now, but in the case that the GIZ would like us to develop the full FP Package in the future, we would prefer not to develop the PPF itself, if this is possible, so that we can bid for the full proposal development. We could however give substantial guidance to your team to develop the PPF, but we would prefer not to write the PPF application itself.<\/p>\n
A2: As per the Call for Offers the development of a PPF application by the Consultant is required.<\/p>\n

Q4: Could you also clarify whether our proposed budget should include costs for the logistical aspects of the three workshops to be delivered during Task 2 (e.g. room renting, food, beverages and transportation for the participants, etc.?). A4: The proposed budget does not include the costs associated with organizing the three workshops.
