Global Water Partnership \u2013 Mediterranean (GWP \u2013 Med), legally and lawfully represented by the non-profit society MEDITERRANEAN INFORMATION OFFICE FOR ENVIRONMENT, CULTURE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT \u2013 MIO ECSDE announces the present call for offers for the Development of the flood risk financing mechanisms in the Drin Basin.<\/b><\/p>\n

The call for offers has been issued by GWP-Med in the framework of  \u201cThe Integrated Climate-Resilient Transboundary Flood Risk Management in the Drin River Basin in the Western Balkans\u201d (Drin FRM Project, 2019-2024)\u201d project Financed by the Adaptation Fund <\/p>\n

SUBMISSION OF OFFERS BY:<\/b>  09th<\/sup> January 2024, at 17:00h CET<\/p>\n

You are kindly invited to read carefully the attached Call <\/a>and ToR <\/a>and submit your offer to procurement@gwpmed.org<\/a>  writing in the email subject line: \u201cCall for Offers 43\/2023\/AF Floods, before the above-mentioned closing date.<\/p>\n

In your email you should attach the following two folders:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A compressed folder (Folder A)<\/b> (.zip or .rar) containing the Technical offer, the Solemn Declaration and any other supporting documents<\/li>\n
  2. A password-protected <\/b>compressed folder (Folder B) <\/b>(.zip or .rar) containing only your financial offer<\/span>. The password for opening the password protected folder with your financial offer should be sent to the same email address ONLY at the request of the contracting Authority which will send a follow up email to all participants that their technical offer has passed the technical evaluation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In case the password is sent together with the offer file, the offer will be rejected.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

    In case the financial offer is not password protected, the offer will be rejected.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

    Offers submitted after the specified date and time shall not be taken into consideration<\/p>\n

    All documentation \/ offers must be in English<\/b><\/p>\n
