Global Water Partnership \u2013 Mediterranean (GWP \u2013 Med), legally and lawfully represented by the non-profit society MEDITERRANEAN INFORMATION OFFICE FOR ENVIRONMENT, CULTURE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT \u2013 MIO ECSDE announces the present call for the engagement of International Waters Project Development Specialist\/Technical Advisor who will be responsible for drafting the UNDP Project Document (ProDoc) and CEO Endorsement Request, with all mandatory and project specific Annexes and supporting documentation. As part of her\/his role, s\/he will be reviewing and providing technical advice for the development of reports and documentation, necessary for the development of the UNDP Project Document (ProDoc) and CEO Endorsement Request <\/p>\n

The call for offers has been issued by GWP-Med in the framework of the In the framework of the “Implementing the Strategic Action Programme of the Drin Basin to strengthen transboundary cooperation and enable integrated natural resources management [Initiation Plan \/ GEF PPG]” Regional project<\/p>\n

SUBMISSION OF OFFERS BY:<\/b> 24 May 2022, at 17:00h CET<\/p>\n

You are kindly invited to read carefully the attached Call<\/b> <\/a>and the ToR<\/b><\/a>, and submit your offer to procurement@gwpmed.org<\/a> before the above-mentioned closing date, writing in the email subject line: \u201cCall for Offers 26\/2022\/PPG\u201d.<\/p>\n

In your email you should attach the following two folders:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing the Technical Offer<\/b><\/a> and the Solemn Self Declaration<\/b><\/a> and any other supporting documents.<\/li>\n
  2. A password-protected <\/b>compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing only your financial offer<\/b><\/a>. The password for opening the password-protected folder with your financial offer should be sent to the same email address ONLY at the request of the contracting Authority which will send a follow up email to all participants that their technical offer has passed the technical evaluation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In case the password is sent together with the offer file, the offer will be rejected.<\/b><\/p>\n
