Global Water Partnership \u2013 Mediterranean (GWP \u2013 Med), legally and lawfully represented by the non-profit society MEDITERRANEAN INFORMATION OFFICE FOR ENVIRONMENT, CULTURE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT \u2013 MIO ECSDE announces the present call for the Development of a Project Document for an intervention on improving sediment management in the Drina River Basin.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The call for offers has been issued by GWP-Med in the framework of the SEE Nexus Project<\/span> (\u201cPromoting the Sustainable Management of Natural Resources in South-eastern Europe, through the use of the Nexus approach\u201d), funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA).<\/p>\n

SUBMISSION OF OFFERS BY:<\/b> 17 December 2021, at 17:00h CET<\/p>\n

You are kindly invited to read carefully the attached Call<\/b><\/a>, the ToR<\/b> <\/a>and the Annexes to the ToR<\/b><\/a>, and submit your offer to procurement@gwpmed.org<\/a> before the above-mentioned closing date, writing in the email subject line: \u201cCall for Offers 47\/2021\/ADADevelopment of a Project Document for an intervention on improving sediment management in the Drina River Basin<\/b>\u201d.<\/p>\n

In your email you should attach the following two folders:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing the Technical Offer<\/b><\/a> and the Solemn Self Declaration<\/b><\/a> and any other supporting documents.<\/li>\n
  2. A password-protected <\/b>compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing only your financial offer<\/b><\/a>. The password for opening the password-protected folder with your financial offer should be sent to the same email address ONLY at the request of the contracting Authority which will send a follow up email to all participants that their technical offer has passed the technical evaluation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In case the password is sent together with the offer file, the offer will be rejected.<\/b><\/p>\n

    All documentation \/ offers must be in English<\/b><\/p>\n
