{"id":1831,"date":"2019-10-09T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-10-08T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gwpo-gwp.org\/sudamerica\/news\/uruguay-recibira-casi-17-millones-de-dolares-del-programa-euroclima-para-gestion-en-cuenca-del-rio-santa-lucia\/"},"modified":"2026-05-08T15:46:27","modified_gmt":"2026-05-08T14:46:27","slug":"uruguay-recibira-casi-17-millones-de-dolares-del-programa-euroclima-para-gestion-en-cuenca-del-rio-santa-lucia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gwpo-gwp.org\/sudamerica\/news\/uruguay-recibira-casi-17-millones-de-dolares-del-programa-euroclima-para-gestion-en-cuenca-del-rio-santa-lucia\/","title":{"rendered":"Uruguay recibir\u00e1 casi 1,7 millones de d\u00f3lares del programa Euroclima+ para gesti\u00f3n en cuenca del r\u00edo Santa Luc\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><span>El objetivo del proyecto \u201cTecnolog\u00eda y modelaci\u00f3n para la gesti\u00f3n integrada de las aguas como adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio clim\u00e1tico de la principal fuente de agua potable de Uruguay\u201d es fortalecer la resiliencia de Montevideo y su \u00e1rea metropolitana, as\u00ed como de las localidades de la cuenca del r\u00edo Santa Luc\u00eda, ante la variabilidad y el cambio clim\u00e1tico, centrando esfuerzos en la gesti\u00f3n integrada de los recursos h\u00eddricos para garantizar en cantidad y calidad su fuente de agua potable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Desde el punto de vista t\u00e9cnico, el Ministerio de Vivienda, Ordenamiento Territorial y Medio Ambiente adoptar\u00e1 un sistema operativo de alerta temprana en cantidad y calidad, as\u00ed como de gesti\u00f3n de los recursos h\u00eddricos, que apoyar\u00e1 la toma de decisiones en la cuenca del r\u00edo Santa Luc\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Tambi\u00e9n se fortalecer\u00e1 la Sala de Situaci\u00f3n de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Aguas (Dinagua), incorporando una plataforma de pron\u00f3sticos en tiempo real y de gesti\u00f3n de los recursos h\u00eddricos. En ese marco, se instalar\u00e1 el Centro de Modelaci\u00f3n H\u00eddrico, F\u00edsico y Virtual.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">El proyecto, aprobado el martes 23, cuenta con el apoyo sin reembolso del programa <a href=\"http:\/\/euroclimaplus.org\/noticias-eventos-agua\/noticias-agua\/463-seleccionados-los-7-proyectos-de-gestion-del-agua-de-euroclima\">Euroclima+ de la Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/a> por 1,5 millones de euros, equivalentes a casi 1,7 millones de d\u00f3lares, en conjunto con las agencias Espa\u00f1ola de Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional para el Desarrollo y Francesa de Desarrollo, como organizaciones implementadoras.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">La Comisi\u00f3n de la Cuenca del R\u00edo Santa Luc\u00eda ser\u00e1 el espacio ejecutor del proyecto, a trav\u00e9s de la conformaci\u00f3n de grupos de trabajo.
