participativo sobre uso y conservaci\u00f3n del agua en Venezuela"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La din\u00e1mica del taller consisti\u00f3 en enumerar los principales factores con influencia en la situaci\u00f3n actual del uso y conservaci\u00f3n del agua en el Municipio Tovar, identificar el problema central y reconocer cu\u00e1les factores representan las causas o los efectos de dicho problema.<\/p>\n<p>La deforestaci\u00f3n producto de la expansi\u00f3n de la frontera agr\u00edcola, el uso excesivo de agroqu\u00edmicos en la cuenca, el d\u00e9ficit de cobertura de agua potable y la falta de coordinaci\u00f3n entre las instituciones involucradas en la gesti\u00f3n del agua fueron algunas de las problem\u00e1ticas identificadas.<\/p>\n<p>El problema central identificado fue la inequidad en el acceso al agua potable y la limitaci\u00f3n en t\u00e9rminos de calidad y cantidad.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las soluciones planteadas &nbsp;surgieron: evaluar la capacidad y funcionamiento del dique-toma del R\u00edo El Lim\u00f3n (principal fuente de abastecimiento), establecer un sistema de tarifas adecuado que le otorgue al agua su &nbsp;justo valor y genere conciencia sobre su uso sustentable y crear una Direcci\u00f3n de Ambiente en la Alcald\u00eda del Municipio Tovar, asignando a \u00e9sta la responsabilidad de coordinaci\u00f3n institucional en la gesti\u00f3n del
