对于有意参与相关工作的个人，可加入中国水资源战略研究会成为个人会员。
按照民政部、水利部关于加强社团自身建设，提高会员服务和管理的相关要求，《中国水资源战略研究会章程》《中国水资源战略研究会会员管理办法》等有关规定，中国水资源战略研究会（以下简称研究会）决定开展个人会员登记注册工作。
现将有关具体事项通知如下：
1. 基本条件
（1）坚决维护习近平总书记党中央的核心、全党的核心地位，坚决拥护中国共产党，坚决维护党中央权威和集中统一领导，坚决拥护中国特色社会主义制度，坚决拥护党的基本路线和各项方针政策，坚决贯彻落实党和国家关于治水和科技创新的各项决策部署。
（2）遵守宪法和法律，遵守科技工作者行为准则和科技伦理道德规范，践行社会主义核心价值观。
（3）遵守研究会章程，执行研究会决议。
2. 个人会员入会条件
普通会员。在水资源及相关领域工作，具备副高级及以上职称或博士学位；或热心支持研究会工作、具有与上述水平相当的水资源相关领域科技工作者和管理工作者；以及水利及相关专业的在读硕士、博士研究生。
长期会员：在研究会拥有5年以上会龄，即已完整履行一届普通会员义务，自第二届起自动升级为长期会员（学生除外）。

提交后，审核结果将通过邮件通知，审核通过即完成注册。若注册时勾选了需要电子会员证，证件将发送至预留的邮箱。
II. Rights and Obligations of Individual Partners
1. Partner Rights
1.1 The right to vote in the election of the institution’s governing bodies;
1.2 The right to participate in all academic and operational activities organized by GWP China;
1.3 The right to access all professional services and resources provided by GWP China;
1.4 The right to put forward suggestions and conduct evaluations on the work of GWP China;
1.5 The right to join and withdraw from the membership on a voluntary basis.
2. Partner Obligations
2.1 Abide by the Articles of Association of GWP China and implement the resolutions adopted by the institution;
2.2 Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of GWP China, understand and advocate for the institution’s vision and mission, and support its development and construction;
2.3 Actively participate in various activities organized by GWP China and earnestly complete the work assigned by the institution;
2.4 Submit work reports to the Council of GWP China and provide relevant professional information as required;
2.5 Share professional information and practical experience with other members of GWP China.
III. Individual Partner Fee
No partnership fees are required for individual members.
GWP China levies zero financial charges on all individual partners.
