The function of the Regional Secretariat is to assist the Steering Committe (SC) in coordinating and administering regional programs and activities. In January 2007 the Regional Secretariat was moved to Jakarta from Kuala Lumpur.
Mr. Raymond Valiant serves Global Water Partnership Southeast Asia (GWP-SEA) as Regional Coordinator together with Mrs. Louise Desrainy Maryonoputri assigned as Deputy Regional Coordinator, and Mr. Hari N. Gumilang as Administration and Finance Officer.
The Regional Secretariat office is in the office complex of the Ministry of Public Works. It is furnished by Directorate General of Water Resources and is equipped by Global Water Partnership Organization (GWPO)
