How We Work
GWP-SEA is a multi-stakeholder’s platform that aims to facilitate discussions and collaborations among various stakeholders to realise a water secure world.
Discussion facilitation is designed based on the needs of each country and Southeast Asia region in general. The discussion is categorized under five themes: Human Well-being, Economic Activity & Development, Ecosystem, Water-related Hazards & Climate Changes, and Transboundary Water Cooperation (Cross-cutting themes).

Our Why
Water is the interconnector of all sectors; therefore, it is not possible to support sectors development without understanding the role of water as one of the important development foundations. As important as it is, water is still considered as social goods by development actors. This condition has created a very complex challenge for the development of water sector itself. In Southeast Asia region as well as in other regions, the complexities of water challenges then urged the need to work together to achieve water secure world.

Who We Are
