Clean unqualified 2024 audit reports reinforce two decades of transparency and accountability
The 2024 external audit of the Global Water Partnership Organisation (GWPO), conducted by Ernst & Young AB, concluded with a clean, unqualified audit opinion. This reaffirms GWPO’s long-standing commitment to financial integrity, transparency, and accountability in the management of public and donor resources.
The 2024 audit builds on a consistent history of clean audits. Findings reviewed GWPO’s robust internal controls, sound financial systems, and compliance with international accounting standards. We are proud of our track record and thank our financial partners and donors.
Since its establishment in 2002, GWPO has maintained an unbroken record of clean audits—more than two decades without a single qualified opinion. This achievement reflects the organisation’s institutional discipline and high standards of fiduciary responsibility.
