Recently, China Water Resources Strategy Research Association organized relevant experts to conduct project establishment appraisal on association standards including the Guidelines for Calculation Methods of Drought Warning Water Level (Discharge) at River Cross-sections. Upon appraisal, it is proposed to initiate the following two standards. Relevant information of the standards is announced as follows:
From the date of this notice, any entity or individual may raise objections. Objections shall be submitted in writing. Objections raised by entities shall bear an official seal, and objections raised by individuals shall include the real name of the complainant. The deadline for accepting objections is 8 October 2026.
