Recently, GWP China plans to organize an evaluation of the achievement “Mechanisms of Carbon‑Water Coupling in Terrestrial Ecosystems and Land‑Atmosphere Feedback Theory under Global Change.”
In accordance with relevant requirements, information including the achievement title, completing entities and principal contributors is hereby publicized (see Annex for details). The public notice period runs from September 8 to 14, 2026.
During the public notice period, any entity or individual may raise objections. All objections shall be submitted in written form. Objections raised by entities shall bear an official seal, with designated contact person and contact information specified. Objections raised by individuals shall state the real name, together with personal identity information and contact details. Objection documents shall be sent to the Secretariat of GWP China.
