D-CLEAN presentation & Youth Engagement

GWP CEE will be actively involved in the 2026 Danube Water Forum “From Vision to Action: Building a Water-Resilient Danube Region”, taking place from 20–22 May 2026 in Sofia, Bulgaria.
The event is organised by IAWD, in cooperation with the World Bank, and hosted locally by the Bulgarian Water Association and Sofia Water.
Our colleague Primož Skrt will join as a speaker to share insights on youth engagement in water management, including key challenges and experiences from GWP CEE activities in the region and findings from the DANUrely project. In addition, we are pleased to see that our D-CLEAN project, will be presented at the Forum, highlighting its approach to sustainable wastewater and stormwater management in small settlements across the Danube Region
We are happy to be part of this important event and to contribute to shaping a more water-resilient Danube Region.
