Over 16,000 children from 14 countries across the Danube basin shared their connection to the river through art as part of this year’s basin-wide competition.
Under the coordination of Global Water Partnership Central and Eastern Europe, young participants created more than 14,000 drawings and nearly 1,000 sculptures, reflecting their perspectives, creativity, and relationship with the Danube.
The title of International Art Masters 2011 was awarded to participants from Germany.
